Ok, this is what's in the baking dish: About four kaiser rolls from the bakery. They were a few days old and sort of hard, so they were perfect. I crumbled them up into a large mixing bowl. 1 10oz can of evaporated milk and 1/2 can of water. I poured it into a blender. 1 cup of white sugar ... in the blender, 3 large eggs... in the blender, 1 banana ... in the blender 1 shot of vanilla ... in the blender Blend, blend, blend! Poured the blended mix over the crumble bread. I sliced two bananas and stirred them into the mix. I added about a cup of old fashioned rolled oats... stirred into the mix. After stirring the mix well, I poured it into a greased baking dish. I sliced 1/2 stick of unsalted butter and placed the slices on top of the mix. I baked the mix at 350 degrees for one hour.
